Overall pleased. The movers were polite, quick and overall did a nice job. The office was easy to work with as well. Biggest issue was the third party company that they hired who were unable to reassemble the things they took apart, I ended up doing it myself.

From my first contact with Rob, who came to our house for a free estimate, to move-in day when the last piece was put into place, everything went smoothly. The estimator was accurate to exact weight and cost , no surprises. The moving crew was hard working no nonsense caring and friendly. Most of my items were large , bulky , very heavy and they carefully handled them like they were theirs. Also , they had to navigate some nasty stairs , never complained. They disassembled a couple complex items and then put them together in my new home. Excellent service for a fair price. My move would please any customer. Thank you O’brien’s.

The best of the 5 major moves I've had in my life. They were very professional, friendly and dedicated to doing a good job. The crew was careful with our belongings, wrapped a lot of the furniture and more delicate items, and delivered promptly to our new address. The estimate was reasonable and they dealt honestly when it came to the final cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of O'Brien's Moving. The two guys who loaded and unloaded were exceptional (Michael and Angelo). Very careful and respectful with everything. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Office staff was also very nice and helpful.

O'Brien's crew did a great job with our move. There was a delay we didn't expect at the settlement but the crew was good with it and arrived exactly on time at both our old house and the new house. They moved everything in and out fast with no damage at all to any pieces of our furniture. Would definitely recommend O'Brien's Moving!

The team that moved us was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them. The salesman that came to give the quote was also very professional. Also i liked that the post card advertising O'Brien's moving was handwritten. It was a nice personal touch and the reason i contacted them in the first place.
