From the time I contacted them to schedule the estimate to the time they were done placing my furniture, it was nothing but pleasant, courteous and professional. We used O'Briens for a move where we had some very delicate glass furniture. They did a wonderful job wrapping and transporting it. They were speedy and we came in under the estimate. We called O'brien's to get a quote for our move, and they immediately called back. A John Norton came to our home and set everything in motion he was outstanding in explaining everything. He was excellent and very professional. We had the truck come to our home we three men who were also outstanding. In fact when I am ready to get my furniture I will request the same crew. Very professional. Detailed what was to be moved and had a quote for the scope of work promptly. Any questions were answered immediately. Day of move the team arrived with a great positive attitude and were very friendly. Helps when you have a stressful situation like moving to have a team working that you have confidence in. I cannot say enough about the stay at O’Brien’s storage and moving. John the estimator provided a great estimate with loads of tips on how to save money and the best way to pack our items. Brett (the driver) and his crew where top notch, beyond friendly and did a fantastic job loading and unloading for our long distance move.
