I would definitely recommend O'Brien's. The crew did a really good job on a very cold day! I was completely impressed that there were no hidden fees involved at all.The quote that was given was my actual price. The office staff were also excellent to work with. I did compare other movers prior to my move and I am so happy that I went with O'Brien's. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.

O'Brien's also works with local charities which is extremely admirable. My wife and I had a 6 month old washing machine that was unsuitable for our use (it marked up our light colored clothing, but since it technically worked, no warranty) but it was perfect for a local animal shelter to use as this didn't bother them. When the local shelter accepted the washing machine they mentioned that O'Brien's will come and pick up the machine and transport it to them for free. O'Brien's took time out of their very busy schedule and came to our home and moved the washing machine up from the basement and into the truck. Even though this is a relatively small job, they were extremely kind and professional. We have three small boys and a very hectic schedule. They worked around our schedule and were great with the kids. One specific example: we just finished our basement two months ago and the movers were kind enough to remove and replace the basement door to be extra safe so as to not scuff the new paint. Excellent experience from a wonderful company!

and handled with care. I gave 5 stars because they were great. If I were not impressed by the end of the move, I would have removed half a star because the crew arrived over an hour late. They had a very good reason, but a phone call to update me would have been appreciated.

Best company to use! From the proffessional people they have,starting with John Norton from sales to there employees that move you with a stress-free experience. The 3 guys we had from the time they got there to the time they finished they were non stop working. Very nice guys & very courteous. As a previous business owner these guys definately need to be recognized . Honestly they deserve a incentive benefit. Good luck and prayers for there future and O'Briens. They deserve 5 stars

Moved from center city apartment to house about 40 minutes outside of the city - movers beat the estimate by two hours and minimized all of the "other costs" for things like boxes. I'd highly recommend.
