O'Brien's was so easy to work with. The gentlemen who came to move us were courteous and professional and made the process so easy for us. This was the second time for us moving in 12 months so we were really hoping it all went smoothly. We were not disappointed at all! Their prices were reasonable and I didn't have to worry about extra charges on the day of the move. I would recommend O'Brien's Moving to anyone looking for a reliable moving company and a reasonably priced and easy moving experience.

The O'Brien's moving crew was fantastic in moving our offices. The guys were very efficient, professional, and moved our items with extreme care and precision. Nothing was damaged.....neither the items that were moved nor any parts of the new or old buildings were damaged....walls, ceilings, floors, doors, etc. We were asked multiple times throughout the day as to how we thought they were doing. I was amazed at their work ethic - they took one short 10 minute break upon arrival at the new location before unloading the trucks. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone. Josh Barnhart on the front end of the move was also phenomenal to work with. He was extremely thorough and accurate in the quoting process. There were no surprises. Again, O'Brien's was just an outstanding company to handle our move.

We were very pleased with the professional service that O'Brien's gave us in a move from PA to Florida. There were no problems at all, for the first time in the many moves we have made with other companies over the years. The estimator, Carmen, explained everything very well when he came out to do the estimate and start the process. The driver, Brett, did a terrific and quick job of securely loading everything in PA and offloading in Florida. We definitely recommend them very highly!

I would definitely recommend O'Brien's. The crew did a really good job on a very cold day! I was completely impressed that there were no hidden fees involved at all.The quote that was given was my actual price. The office staff were also excellent to work with. I did compare other movers prior to my move and I am so happy that I went with O'Brien's. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.

O'Brien's also works with local charities which is extremely admirable. My wife and I had a 6 month old washing machine that was unsuitable for our use (it marked up our light colored clothing, but since it technically worked, no warranty) but it was perfect for a local animal shelter to use as this didn't bother them. When the local shelter accepted the washing machine they mentioned that O'Brien's will come and pick up the machine and transport it to them for free. O'Brien's took time out of their very busy schedule and came to our home and moved the washing machine up from the basement and into the truck. Even though this is a relatively small job, they were extremely kind and professional. We have three small boys and a very hectic schedule. They worked around our schedule and were great with the kids. One specific example: we just finished our basement two months ago and the movers were kind enough to remove and replace the basement door to be extra safe so as to not scuff the new paint. Excellent experience from a wonderful company!

and handled with care. I gave 5 stars because they were great. If I were not impressed by the end of the move, I would have removed half a star because the crew arrived over an hour late. They had a very good reason, but a phone call to update me would have been appreciated.
