Very positive experience with O'Brien's. The brutally hot day didn't slow down the workers although by the end of the day some items were placed in odd places. The only recommendation I have is to stay on top of the pre-move agreements. Double check your dates.

I completed two moves with O'Briens in the course of 2.5 weeks and both moves were extremely smooth due to the positive crew. Justin, Ashton, Cody, and John were all great to work with and both quick with the load in and load out as well as careful with my personal items. Speaking of being careful, Dave packed up my specialty items the day prior to my first move and did an amazing and thorough job. Nice work to all. I'd use O'brien's again and go for the trifecta!

Obrien's did a wonderful job. They were very careful when packing on the truck and when moving from the truck to our new house. Nothing was damaged and the cost was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend O'Briens to anyone who needs a mover.

The loading went well except for having no wardrobe boxes. The 3 men were very polite & efficient & several antique pieces were carefully handled. All went as planned & the unloading was quick, with the team leader having a wonderful eye for furniture placement. I wish we could have paid after the move-in because I'm sure we moved less weight than was originally quoted.

The movers themselves were very good. The planning was not as expected. The drivers were not given the proper size truck given the inventory list from the estimate which O'Briens conducted. I had to rent my own truck to move the balance. The drivers sat for an hour as a result waiting for the truck I had to rent. No one from O'Briens seemed to care about this significant miss, nor was I compensated for the costs I should not have incurred.
