We had both a local move and a long distance move with O'Brien and both were wonderful. The quote was good and the moves were great. The workers were friendly and professional us along the way. They arrived on time and moved quickly and efficiently through the process, reassuring. They had been recommended by a friend but then my husband read bad reviews about Allied. I am glad to say that we were pleased and will recommend them to all.

I'm a full-time realtor with Berkshire Hathaway and when I had a personal local move in Wyomissing recently, I chose O'Briens and was 100% pleased. The crew was very professional and hustled like crazy. They took great care of our furniture etc and the estimated quote was very accurate. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll give them 5-Stars and recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company. They're certainly my movers of choice!

We used O'Brien's for in town moves twice over 6 months due to our selling and buying of houses not lining up. Both times they came in under the estimated price. The 4 man crew was polite and helpful each time. We moved all breakables (glass wear, TV, etc.) ourselves but the movers moved everything else and all the furniture came out unscathed. In fact, I accidently left china plates in wire mesh containers IN the china cabinet while it was being moved and not a single dish was broken. After each move they checked in to make sure they had done everything we needed including setting up the beds and reattaching furniture parts. After the second move they suggested we check the truck ourselves to ensure nothing was left behind. I would recommend doing this as it was not done after the first move and a larger kids toy was lost during the first move. If I had checked the truck I would have felt better about knowing it wasn't left on the truck.

I recently moved from Pa to Florida. O'Briens packed our home and delivered the items to our home in Florida. The customer service was awesome! From Robert Deering, in sales, to each and every packer and mover and driver. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company and if needed, I will utilize them in the future. Excellent experience- appreciate all of them.
