I cannot say enough good things about O'Briens. From the first time we made contact with them, until the last guy left from unloading our furniture, they were nothing but spectacular. They were professional, friendly, courteous at all times and handled everything with great care. The office staff too were wonderfully helpful and informative and answered all calls and questions promptly. We moved from NJ to SC, with 3 weeks of storage, in the most appalling weather: snow, freezing temps etc. and not one word of complaint was uttered by any of the crew. Everything arrived intact and on time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I want everyone to know that we received the white glove treatment. From start to finish, all was done with care, with respect for us and for our belongings, with enthusiasm , and with concern for time . They arrived promptly and worked until everything was packed. Glass items were crated with care when they went to storage . When they were returned from storage , they were carefully uncrated and unwrapped. On three different occasions I contacted O'Briens and I was always treated as though I were part of their family. The girls in the office were very kind and tried hard to meet our requirements/ needs for a timely move. Even during the busy holiday season, they found time and space in a truck to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this well trained and extremely well mannered crew of individuals whom you can trust with your finest belongings . From beginning to end you will be in good hands. I just want to say I am glad that we had picked Obrien's for our move. We had other estimates but went with them because right from the very beginning they were friendly and very helpful. I would definately recomend them to someone and if we ever had to move again I would ask for the same men. They are a hard working bunch. I appreciate their kindness and cooperation with our move. My parents moved entire ( i mean entire, ugh) contents of home from PA to ME. Service and the pleasantness of people providing the service (subcontractor) far exceeded any sort of expectation we might have had, making this move easier than it certainly could have been. Excellent!

We moved right before Christmas. This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used O'Briens over the years and their service just keeps getting better. They are simply the best in the business! Professional and hard-working from the moment you talk to them until the last box is moved. You could not ask for better. Every part of the move was handled exceptionally well. They also came in way under the estimate due to their own hard work!!Truly excellent all the way!!!

We moved on December 8 from our home. And into our new home on December 10 . I got four quotes and decided to go with O'Brien's moving and storage. We couldn't be happier they did a fabulous job we had four men and a giant truck they handled my stuff with care and nothing got broken . From the guy who came out to give a quote to the four men that moved our stuff they did above and beyond what I expecting I hoping when you read this that you go with O'Brien and have the same experience I had . I hired O'Brien's to move approx 1,700 pounds of furniture to my new home 100 miles from Philadelphia. Their professional, friendly and efficient movers handled my furniture with care. I would have rated the firm 5 stars but the estimator failed to tell me I would be charged based on a minumum of 2,000 pounds. I learned this when I called the office with a follow up question after I had been given the estimate. Even so, O'Brien's was less costly than the other movers I contacted and they did a great job.

I was referred to O'Brien's by a friend, who has used them twice. I was 100% satisfied from start to finish. The company is organized, professional, communicative and most importantly, nothing was damaged. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to satisfy my needs since my closing was put off three times and it was right before Christmas. I would certainly use them again. The movers were courteous, careful and concerned about ensuring that the boxes were placed in the correct rooms. Five star!

I moved from a 2-bedroom apt. in Northeast Phila. to a 1-bedroom in Center City. This was my first move in 32 years. I picked a really bad rainy, windy day. They called to say they'd be a little late what with the weather and all, but, when they got there, they were incredibly efficient and competent. Carlos, Mike, & Mike really know their business. They moved everything out in less than two hours and, when I got to the new apt., they were already there bringing stuff in. They were a pleasure to do business with and, on top of that, the charge turned out to be about 1/3 less than the original estimate. (I packed a lot of things myself and gave away a lot of items before I moved that I hadn't planned on doing when I got the estimate.) I highly recommend O'Brien's.

Great experience using O'Briens. Thorough, pleasant, and honest salesman, pleasant and fast movers, and company also fair and honest, especially refunding correct amount after computation of exact weight from original estimate...much appreciated. The only negative would be that the moving help stacked too heavy items atop one another and I had many crushed boxes, even a handful of rubbermaid ones had cracked tops. Only a few glass items broke, but since I packed them, I guess the onus is on me. All aside, I would definitely recommend. Thanks.
