O'Brien's did a great job moving me across state lines from NJ to NY. I had a very steep driveway which they handled very profesionally. They were on time, efficient, polite, handled my items carefully, provided additional packing/moving boxes for awkard and small items, and arrived at the new location safely and before me. They waited patiently for me, worked hard to carry all my heavy items up 3 flights of stairs and even suggested ways to arrange the furniture which I loved! The guys were great to work with, very friendly, everything arrived safely and in great condiiton. They made a very stressful day much less difficult. I would definitely use them again.

We recently sold our house and had a very quick settlement date to be out of our home. O'Breins came through for us in a very short time. In addition, the 3 employees we had were absolutely the best. Their expertise was evident to me from the beginning. They were friendly, caring, kind and also very efficient. Being a health and safety manager, I was thrilled to see how they handled the furniture with care and lifted correctly as well. We were so pleased that when our new home is finished we are going to ask for the same 3 employees. It was a wonderful experience made even better by O'Brien's employees. Congratulations to O'Briens, you have earned my business again and again.(although we don't expect to relocate once our new home is finished -lol) I highly recommend O'Briens for any moving needs you may have.

The movers were very prompt and had us moved in to our new place within the designated time frame. All were polite and accommodating. However, we noticed that a piece of furniture had been damaged during transport. Didn't notice it until a day later.

I've been using the commercial moving side of O'Brien's for many years now, because my moves are never cut and dried. The team leaders are always very accommodating and professional to my ever changing needs as they develop after they arrive on site. I've never had a crew leave my site without everything being moved that I needed moved that particular day, even if that meant going way past the budgeted time for the move.
