Great experience. Very professional and fast. This is the third time we have used Obrians and would not think of using another company when it comes to the fourth. The office staff should also be complimented especially the operations manager Tim. He is knowledgable and very friendly. I can't wait till the next move !!!!!

can't say enough about your crew of Skip & Maria. They loaded and unloaded my possessions and did a great job. They always asked questions when they weren't sure of where to place items. They were very patient with me when off loading at my storage space. I would highly recommend them for any move. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Only problem the office sent them out without the proper ramp an equipment to move a piano with our stuff after an estimator looked at the house to give us a quote. I can't say anything negative about the company or the crew of 3 who moved our household goods. We obtained several estimates, and O'Brien's was the least expensive, by a fairly substantial margin. I was skeptical, because every time we've moved in the past. the price ALWAYS increased significantly AFTER our belongings were loaded; sometimes we were not faced with the increased price until the destination. In all instances, were informed "sorry; but it was only an estimate". Therefore; I assumed the "real" price would be 20-30% more, which would have made their price on par with competing bids. The move went flawlessly, they were exactly on time to load, ahead of schedule to unload, nothing was lost or damaged, the guys took great pains not to harm our hardwood floors; I could go on and on... Now for the shocking part! Not only were we not charged extra after loading or at the destination (despite adding several large boxes and more furniture that was not part of the original estimate), a few weeks after the move, an e-mail was received, stating we were being refunded a sum almost equal to 10% of the amount charged. Totally unprecedented and unexpected from a moving company! I would most definitely use this company again.

Your crew was very pleasant & easy to work with. They didn't hesitate to ask how & where things should be placed. They worked under less than ideal conditions. It was hot the day of loading & heavy rain off & on the day of delivery. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
