Reading Movers Review
Moved from a 3rd floor loft apartment in the NE section of Reading, PA to 2 story apartment in the Woodgate complex in Exeter Twp. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Rob Deering put together my preliminary move estimate within a few minutes of just touring my residence. The estimate was very detailed outlining everything that needed to be moved to my new home. The day of the move, the crew that showed up very friendly and individually introduced themselves to me on a first name basis. Once the crews picked up the first piece of furniture, it was like an assembly line of perfection. They carefully disassembled furniture and loaded the truck with the utmost effieceny. If they were unsure about something that need to be moved, they would ask without breaking momentum. When we arrive at my new home, they took a few minutes to access the best way to bring the furniture into the new place especially office furniture. My office and the 2nd bedroom is located on the lower floor of my apartment and the stairway from the upper level is very narrow which would have been a problem trying to get large pieces of furniture down. They decided to bring everything in that have to be on the lower floor in thru the slide glass door which worked out great. They would bring something in thru the door, put in place then zip up the steps and out the front door again to grab something else. O'Brien's did an outstanding job. The entire process worked smoothly and efficiently, their customer service was excellent, and they had the lowest price. First Mike Rosendale came to estimate the cost of moving our 4-bedroom house, and the number he gave us that first day is what we paid. Rosendale was very responsive to all my questions and concerns leading up to the move-in date, and we were able to change the move date several times with no problem. On the moving day, the crew arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and did not damage any of my belongings, the house I was leaving, or the house I moved into. The whole experience was the height of professionalism. I give them an enthusiastic recommendation.

I had a great experience with O'Brien Moving. The relocation specialist came to my home free to give me an estimate, which ended up being more than the actual move cost. The gentleman arrived on time and were very thorough, moved the items quickly and were professional at all times. They even helped me get rid of some old furniture, which saved me a ton of $$$. We had Furman and his great team move our household furnishings. They were extremely polite and handled our "treasures" as if they were their own. We had them store our furniture for 3 wks while our new home was being completed and then had them back for the delivery. These guys were great and did a fantastic job. If we ever move again (and I hope we do not) we will definitely use O'Brien's and ask for the same team....they were the best !
