Lancaster Movers Review
Overall a good experience, but could have been better. The team of 2 men that actually did the moving were amazing. They were very friendly and nothing was broken. The process in between receiving the quote and finalizing the move left much to be desired. I had to call and email repeatedly to book my move. The day after the quote was given I tried to reserve the move date but could not get anyone to talk to me. The office staff kept telling me that I had to speak to the quote provider; however, I had called and emailed that person about 5 times with no response. Finally he called to tell me that the entire week that I wanted to move had been booked. He corrected the situation by finding a team to volunteer for overtime to make my move. Overall a good experience, but the company should work on their call back and scheduling skills.

The 3 men who handled our move did a very good job. We were really pleased with the speed and care they took in handling our furnishings. No problems, no damage,very courteous and yes I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Cost for the move was reasonable.

O'Briens did a great job for us. They were punctual and brought exactly the manpower required to do the job. We had no damage to any of the furniture or any of the walls or floors in either house. They were sure to use protection werever required. There was no goofing off by the crew and their quote was spot on.
Allentown Movers Review
We are moving my elderly parents from Virginia into our home in Pennsylvania, and O'Briens handled their antique furniture with tender loving care. I couldn't have asked for nicer guys or more professional service! They were so sweet with my parents and took good care of everything. The timing of a Saturday morning pickup and Sunday morning delivery couldn't have been better. The Allentown office went all out to make this move quick and efficient and we're very pleased with the results.

They did not try to milk the clock and work extra hours like some other companies we have used in the past. I would definitely recommend them.

The men who both loaded and unloaded our belongings did an exceptional job. This is the second time using these guys for a full home move. We had no issues with the first move and were very pleased but I still checked out the competitions pricing before the second move. Allied was lower cost and di a great job on the second move. I would recommend them to anyone. Overall great experience. They were very accomdating in allow us to strore on the truck for an extended period (3 weeks) between move out and move in.
