Carmen & Folks at O'Brien's Moving: The three young men Nate, Adam & Dave moved our one bed room furnishing on Thurs 9/22/11 in a First Class manner from 4409 Harriet Lane, Bethlehem, PA to our rented storage facility. We swere very pleased w/the service provided. Carmen> We believe the weight of our Furnishings was OVER ESTIMATED. Our ONE BEDRM furnishings were under 1000lbs. after a little mix-up in the dispatch the movers arrived on Sat. morning and went right to work. They moved our entire 3 story house worth of contents into their truck in 4 1/2 hours which I thought was amazing. They delivered all contents into our new house in 5 1/2 hours another great job. they saved 3 hours off of the bill and made for a great move. Thank you .

This is the second time we used O'Briens. For as excellent as our first move was the second was very poor. The driver quit who was to deliver us, thy arrived 5.5 hours late and instead of showing up at our new home they showed up at at our old house!!! Luck for us we just moved across town...to boot they showed up with one less person than promised (3 vs 4) to unload. They did offer to credit us the manhours difference BUT deducted an hour delay due to rain which would not have happened if they delivered on time. Maybe just a bad day for O'Briens but the level of service was FAR BELOW what we had the first time. we would not use them again.

The crew arrived on time, was very courteous and conscientious. They also performed their work in a timely and efficent manner, all of which resulted in a very cost effective and successful move. I would highly recommend their services to anyone contemplating a relocation.

The two men performing the actual packing, loading, and unloading were exceptional. Not even minor nicks or scratches on any furniture or either houses; also, exceptional organized and professional. My only suggestion for improvement is more responsiveness on box pickup (I'm still waiting after 4 weeks) and reconciliation of actual costs to the estimate. However, the overall positive experience overwhelms this weakness. I'd strongly recommend this moving company to others.
