My daughter & son-in-law, Lori & John DePue used your company to move from my home to Spottsylvania, Va. While I was here in Douglassville, they were in Va. The movers were very professional and hard working. They didn't even take a lunchbreak even tho I offered to buy lunch. In Va. my daughter also agreed that they were pleasant & hardworking. We have heard many horror stories about long-distance moves, but O'Brien's dispelled that myth. Our move from Pennsylvania to Florida couldn't have been easier. The initial contacts for estimating and providing moving descriptions were professional and extremely detailed in what to expect and when to expect it. He even arranged for special crating for valuables. The driver was extraordinary gentle with our belongings -- treating them as if they were his own -- and kept in contact every step of the way. Both loading and unloading were efficient and took a minimal amount of time. The office staff was great tracking our refund and making sure we received it timely. There was not a scratch or mark on any item. I would not hesitate to recommend O'Brien's for their professional, dedicated and excellent service. They are just a pleasure to work with.

I am 87 years old and believe me - I have moved more that once in my life...BUT...never have I had the service,confidence,satisfaction and dealings with nicer, more competent people, than with my dealings with O'Brien,s staff. That includes everyone from my first estimate thru the delivery to my new residence. All I can add is "Thank you O'Brien's, if I ever move again - you will be there"

I would highly recommend O'Brien's Moving to anyone considering a move either personal or business. My law firm used O'Brien's for our last office move. My father used O'Brien's for his move in the Spring 2010. And my family just used O'Brien's to move into our new home the day after Thanksgiving. All moves went smoothly and were done timely and without problems. The final cost was less than the estimate. The movers were courteous and took the time to understand how we wanted certain items moved and where we wished them to be placed in out new home. The movers also finished the job in less time than estimated and did a wonderful job. O'Brien's is definitely the best moving company to use in the Lehigh Valley.
Allentown Movers Review
If I could rate the sales/consultant associate and the movers themselves seperately, this rating would be different. The sales representative gave me troubles when I had questions and changes to my order (we had a partial move which complicated things). I found her to be unprofessionnal at time and uneasy to work with. I would rate the representative a 2. The movers were very pleasant and flexible in working with us and a timeframe to have our load delivered. They were professionnal and worked very fast and efficiently. I give the movers a rating of 5.

If you are looking for a GREAT mover, look no further!! From start to finish O'Brien's was amazing! The office staff was so helpful from the initial contact to helping me through all of my questions and explaining the process of the estimate to the confirmation of my move. The movers were TERRIFIC! They were fast and careful moving all of my items. My daughter had items stored at O'Brien's and they were delivered to my new house, what a relief to see that everything was in the exact condition on delivery as it was on the day we put it in there!! Warehouse storage is the way to go, everything was safe and sound in the O'Brien's warehouse. I highly recommend this company for moving and storage needs. Thank you O'Brien's for the stress free move!
Allentown Movers Review
The sales person from the company was very efficient and helpful; however, not all the information discussed was made available to the packers. The packers did a nice job but a few items were broken and one item was missing because they ended up using two trucks instead of one. All in all I found the people friendly but the move could have went smoother.

My husband is a perfectionist by nature; he also manages hospital construction, so you could say that he makes sure things get done right. Well, after our whole moving experience, he had nothing but nice things to say about O'Brien's moving company and crew! He was impressed how careful the guys were with every piece of furniture. I was impressed how quickly they moved everything---and in the rain, too! The crew was great--they worked quickly, quietly, conscientiously, and even with some pleasant humor. Honest, too.
