We are 100% satisfied with our move from NJ to Florida. From the estimate to the delivery, to the reimbursement, everything ran perfectly. Shout out to Karen, whose estimate was dead on. To Dina, who was very on top of my account. Both these ladies answered emails or calls very promptly and were very helpful. I hope O'Brien's values the skill and friendliness of these two workers. Dave, the driver, arrived even earlier on delivery day than he had advised us. I wouldn't hesitate to use O'Brien's again or recommend them.

We had O'Briens moving and Storage move our household goods 1month ago. We could not be happier with the outcome. Not only were they timely, professional and friendly, they were careful with everything. I had nothing broken or scratched. I highly recommend O'Briens. Our last move, approximately 8 months ago, I used Lausch in Reading. They arrived 5 hours late, broke a slate to my pool table, scratched at least 10 pieces of furniture and they took twice as long to move us as O'Briens.

We recently had the pleasure of using O'Briens to complete our relocation from Whitehall, PA to Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The moving crew - Bruce, Joe & Chip - were extremely courteous, professional and energetic. They went above and beyond to protect our furniture for the move, and then again at the new house to set up everything to our liking. They even offered some design tips! :-) We would definitely recommend O'Briens to anyone looking for a top rated moving company. Thanks for a great job!

We had a local move and were referred to O'Brien's. The estimate was well under another company so I was a bit nervous about the outcome. I went back to them to ask how accurate they typically were with regards to costs, etc. (I was thinking lowball estimate and then high cost at the end) My questions were answered in a timely manner and explained that they stood by their estimate. I'm thrilled to say that the estimate was spot on! The team who packed and moved us were fast, professional, efficient and personable. I would use them again without hesitation.

If I based my rating solely on the crew who moved me - Mike, Mike and Carlos - the rating would be 5 star. They were efficient, professional and clearly knew their trade. They took care with my furniture and packed that truck so expertly, nothing could move. I took points off for the demeanor of the person in the office that I spoke to when I had a change to one of the delivery addresses. She could not have gotten me off the phone quicker and acted like I was a bother because I kept asking questions. I emailed my sales rep about the change and he didn't respond, which is why I called office. Sure enough, when the contract came, it was incorrect. When I rec'd the confirmation call the day before the move, it was STILL incorrect and when the crew showed up their paperwork was incorrect. Plus, although my sales rep ASSURED me that no one EVER pays higher than the quotes, it's almost always lower, my final bill was $132.00 higher than the quote, with no explanation. I paid it because I was so happy with the crew. All in all, I would recommend O'Brien's but make sure you do your due diligence on the back office/sales side, it's weak.

Not only were they timely, professional and friendly but they were so careful with everything right down to making sure the files were returned to the filing cabinets in the exact order - we did not have to do a thing!
