Our movers were very professional and my did they work hard! We only moved around the block in our neighborhood, but they packed everything safe and secure as if we were moving across country! I would recommend O'Brien's in a heart beat. You were a pleasure to work with.

O'Briens saved us. When our settlement and moving dates were changed, we lost our original mover and we thought we were going to have to move ourselves. O'Brien's found an open spot for us and they were nothing short of fantastic. Our four-man team was great as they loaded our townhouse and stuff from our storage unit in one day, kept it overnight on the truck and moved us into our new four-bedroom, single-family home the next day. The crew took all measures to protect our hardwood floors, they worked so hard and went above and beyond (they even grabbed the groceries from my wife and brought them in the house when she got back from the store). I would recommend this O'Brien's to anyone. Everyone we dealt with was great and they made our move and all the stresses around it much, much easier.

4 of your movers moved us out of our home and into our new home. They were upbeat, friendly, and polite, while doing a heavy labor job that most of us can't do alone. Thank you for doing the heavy lifting and being so pleasant. It was a long day for everyone, but the moving men made a daunting task doable in the oppressive heat.

O'Brien's moving did a one day move of our furniture from Valley Township to Downingtown on July 10th. Two trucks, four guys, fast and efficient. The crew was expert at their jobs and delivered everything, even up and down narrow staircases, without damage. The job quote was exactly the final price, no surprise increase at the end. I highly recommend O'Briens's!

Overall a good move. The only thing I was disappointed in was the day labor hired on the receiving location. The reason I went with O'Briens was that the sales agent assured me the employees were all full time with the company and they did not use day labor. The folks that packed us out and moved out of the PA location seemed to be as advertised and were very professional. Two of the folks who moved us out (including the driver) showed up to move us in. The driver was having issues on the move out day locating enough folks to help with the move in, so two day labor guys showed up on move in day. They immediately began to argue with the driver about pay within earshot with one expressing concern over lifting too heavy items? One spoke no English and the other barely enough. While the driver and the other man who came with him from the previous day did a professional job with the move in, the other two did not. They were not careful and I even caught one throwing a box labeled "fragile" carelessly in a storage unit which caused me to have to watch him closely. In addition to getting lost on the way to the storage unit, they seemed to expect a tip for crappy service. Overall I did not see any damage and the move was successful, I am just disappointed in the day labor that showed up on move in day.
